There was an article in the paper last week mentioning that UW may do away with the "free" bus passes for faculty and staff. UW Transportation Services is under a heavy debt burden because they have to pay for the new ramps they built/are building. The forums ask, "How can we reduce costs or raise money." Perhaps a better question would be, "What are our transportation priorities, and where should be be spending the funds we have?" Other forums are lunchtime and mornings, as follows: Wednesday, May 5, 11 am - 1 pm in Microbial Sciences Thursday, May 6, 11 am - 1 pm, East Campus Mall multi-purpose room Tuesday, May 25, 9-11 am - 1335 Health Sciences.
