Nass is always listed as "R-Whitewater," but he actually doesn't live in Whitewater. In fact, his district stops at the Whitewater city limits -- http://www.legis.state.wi.us//Assembly/asm31/Adist31.pdf -- so nobody who lives in Whitewater has the opportunity to vote for -- or against -- him.
