A very nice summer evening ride is the bike path from Shopko Drive to Anderson
and Wright.
I haven't used the new bike bridge yet that crosses Aberg (HWY 30) by
Washington Manor park. I take this ride to/from Ale Asylum. Quite fun at
night coming back, make sure you have a light because you'll need one.

For that matter, riding through the Arboretum at night is also fun-but you
really should have a light.

Also, the path that goes under HWY 30 near the Milwaukee Street Post Office is
interesting. Last time I went under, there was a ton of graffiti, it was as if
I was riding through some gang temple. Probably not what you're looking for.
Anyways I heard it is all cleaned up under there now.
