This route is part of my daily work commute and I have seen quite of bit of activity blocking the contra-flow lane, mostly related to all the construction work happening nearby. Doesn't excuse it, but I bet this truck belongs to one of the construction contractors doing work along the path. Maybe the contractor should be called?
AND, new gripe - has anyone else noticed the "no bicycles" stencils in the parking lot west of Farley(?)? It is the lot just after the campus drive path ends and connects to a second lot which then connects to the Shorewood section of the path. I need to bring my camera and take a picture or two. As far as I can tell, this is a privately owned parking lot that has been used for some time as a cut-through for bikes. Anyone know any more about this?
