two other unplowed sections: 1) half of east rail corridor bike path, by Ryan St. the path takes a slight dip to the south. streets plowed snow into the bike path and then parks went through and did a straight plow of the path at Ryan, leaving the westbound half of the "path" in a sloping downhill towards a water collecting ditch. Parks needs to plow into the pile left by Streets at the end of Ryan. This has been an annual problem even since the city stopped putting stakes in the ground to mark meanderings of paths (and where to plow in general when the path isn't visible).
