I've noticed a slight uptick in motorist anger/frustration when biking in
various places this year. When alone or with one other person there are
more vehicles intentionally passing close by when there is plenty of room
for them to give a wide berth. I don't think it's restricted to Seminole
hwy. I wonder if it has anything to do with the price of gasoline? I've
also noticed a definite increase in motorist courtesy toward bikers around
Dane County across the last couple of years. (especially in the
Madison-Fitchburg-Monona area)
