Froth House is a good suggestion -- midway between the Southwest Path and the Kendall Bike boulevard, good coffee and baked goods, and a nice garden in back. Unfortunately it's on hiatus right now, for renovations and a change of ownership. We're assured it will be open soon.

I don't allow enough time for the big sit down bacon and eggs bit. Bacon and eggs are goo-ood but they stick to my body too easily now so I've become a expert on the bran/cranberry/walnut offerings - but I"m not adverse to the occasional donut. Green Bush Bakery - nearly the best doughnuts in town. No bike parking but the bench out front holds it up fine and you can monitor your 'steed' while you wait. Batch Bakehouse - not very good bike facilities, but bike benefits offered and some of THE best baked goods in town at this little joint - and friendly too! A willy St area bizness so help them out during the road work Zoma - parking out back and Grrrrreat Bran/Cran/Walnut muffins and other noshes Monty's - gotta put a plug in for some awesome donuts (tried 'em first at the Bike to Work Week tent at the path and Ingersol. 85 cents well spent Froth House - off the beaten path at Allen and Regent with plenty of bike parking and offerings Mermaid Cafe - Winnebago St, east of 1st. Cool little spot just off the City BIke Path hey I even made a commuter video, eating my way across town this winter! http://youtu.be/TXARfDxSNpY fuel up!
