I heard from one of the riders on Friday evening who said that they'll be
coming in at around five p.m. I have some volunteers from BFW standing by from
3 p.m. on at MLK Blvd. Martin, the one I talked to on the cell phone, asked
that they would like to eat together but have dinner or food ready to go but
was going to check with the other riders. I haven't heard back from them since.
I this point they're on their own as far as eating if they are coming downtown
there are more than enough places to eat even on Monday.
But to answer your question if you want to help, I really would appreciate it
if you can help lead at least some of them downtown.

Darryl,

I am a local Madisonian biker, familiar with the West side.  I may be available
to shepherd the initial riders on Monday, depending on when they are getting
into town.  I just have a couple questions.  Where do the riders plan to turn
East off of Hwy 12 to get into Madison, and what route do they plan on taking?
Also, what time do they predict they will be getting close to Madison?  Just a
ballpark will work, and I'll plan to ride out along their inbound route and
meet them partway.  I'll also try and ride any parts of the route I'm
unfamiliar with today (Sunday) to make doubly sure I know it well.

Thank you for your efforts in making this organized and possible.
