The Madison Police Department will again be stopping bicyclists without lights and giving a bit of a safety message, and a set of lights. If you would like to help with this, please shoot me an email. Exact location will be provided to those who respond, but it will be in the general downtown/campus area, if that makes a difference as to whether you can help.
Sunset is around 7 PM (yikes!), so that's when we will be gathering. The operation goes for about an hour and a half, more or less. Volunteers will be needed to help attach lights and explain why having lights at night is important. We expect it to be a busy night, so the more volunteers the better. Robbie Webber
