Just the facts: Thursday, Sept 15, 5:00 PM Room LL-110 of the MMB Since I don't see many of you at the public input session being held right now at the Municipal Bldg - at least not anyone I know - I thought I'd send an announcement about another opportunity to find out what the plan and process will be to redevelop the lot where the Government East Parking Ramp currently sits.
Tomorrow (Thurs) evening, the only item on the agenda for the Long Range Transportation Planning Committee will be an informational item on what the process will be to redevelop this parcel. Since both a (car) parking component and a possible bicycle component, as well as a possible future plan for a multi-modal center, are included in the uses for the area, the LRTPC will be the lead city committee as the plan goes forward. Right now, there is a consultant team that will be looking at what could and should be included in this redevelopment.
