A bicycle powered generator would probably be as quiet as one that runs on gas, and it would certainly emit a lot less.

As part of the program, we'll be running a bicycle/pedestrian safety psa on the wall of the Monona Terrace tunnel. To do this, we need a speaker system and low noise generator.
