No, I refer to the $5 million state bicycle and pedestrian fund that we
helped establish during the Doyle administration. This money funds bicycle
path and infrastructure projects in local communities across the state.

Walker zeroed it out in his budget and we were able to get $2 million of it
put back in through the state senate and assembly.
