Yes, the stop signs on Mifflin at Blount and at Few are being flipped. The new stop bars on Few and Blount were marked yesterday and the old stop bars on Mifflin at those locations were ground off. The signs should be moved soon. Typically new signs have orange flags attached at the top to make sure people notice the change. - - Arthur
