Are there any car diverters planned so that this doesn't become a car
boulevard, as it was before the neighborhood got all those stop signs
installed?  East Wash, since reconstructed, seems to be a fairly fast road,
so I'm not sure this would be a concern on Mifflin, but just in case. . . .
. No reason not to make it a real bike boulevard.
