Columbia makes some nice, casual, tough trousers that I've used for year
round commuting. They come in all sorts of dull colors (gray, green
grey, brown)
I believe they are called ROC or Lander pants. They changed from button
to snap and that is a problem (the snap keeps unsnapping... have I
gained a few pounds??) Use a belt.
Loose fitting, plenty of pockets.
I'd like to be able to focus on made in American and all that rot, but
sometimes my economy says save and get it while you can.
I'd rather focus on buying local foods, local beverages, patronizing
small businesses, etc. It's a world economy now. If a USA company can
figure out a way to make competitively priced stuff, I'll be all over
that. But that's another conversation from some other list.
