This clarification, in my opinion, makes it even more confusing. The
expansion of highways into limited-access speedways has cut several
roads in this area into halves. Femrite Dr. exists on both side of
highway 51, but no longer goes across. And there is a Dutch Mill Road
south of the Beltline, although the park 'n ride is north of the
Beltline. So why is that bike path south of the Beltline being
closed?

By the way, the Dutch Mill park and ride lot is the only lot served by
the Van Galder bus between Madison and Chicago that does not charge
cars for leaving their cars there overnight. Janesville, Beloit, and
Rockford all charge daily amounts, and we should too.

us--on you and me--and say to themselves, 'My God, what kind of
monsters were these people?'"
