I'm curious. Who's the "transportation insider?" What did he
or she specifically say? "The legislature" is composed of 132
individuals from two parties and meeting in four separate caucuses,
which do not exactly have a history of agreeing to or planning
anything together . The words "may be" are highly subjective and
speculative. Give us who advocate and the bicyclists who participate
on this list some real information. Put some meat on these bones, or
they are just bones rattling in the wind.
