Have no fear, I am in the process of verifying the news I heard. My source has been reliable in the past, so I expect there is some truth behind this. Though my guess is that due to MAP-21, it will be easy to redirect the $2mil or so that used to be allocated by the feds to Wisconsin bicyclist into some "needed" highway megaprojects. You have to admit that this story is very plausible.
