Your problem seems to be a lack of understanding of politics
and the system. You take memos midstream and assume that's the
conclusion, when it's not. You attack people who are working toward
the same goals as you. Not productive.
I am not going to go into details of Bike Fed lobbying
strategy. Plan B exists. If you want to change the strategy you
should run for the board. I did not see your name among the
candidates last time around.
