Northgate has plenty of bike parking for what bike traffic there is now,
and it seems a new bike rack was installed last year, and they are usable
ones, not the fencepost styles that make it hard to park at, except at the
very ends. I ride on Sherman, especially north of Commercial, but it is
somewhat challenging, especially where that RR track goes across at a
45-degree angle. And most bicyclists I see ride on the sidewalk. It will
be a great improvement for the neighborhood, even for the motorheads who
reflexively oppose anything that helps non-motor vehicles.
