I had to tone down the article quite a bit because our (SSTI's) audience is
both national and transportation professionals. (Generally reform-minded
transportation professionals, but not as far reform-minded as Bikies or
Streetsblog's audiences.)

Although I am stunned I am suggestion this, you should read the full
ruling. It is really quite damning of the process and outcome of this
project.

Except for contracts that I was going to sign, I have never read an entire
legal document, and was expecting to be both confused and bored to tears.
Quite the opposite, it was fascinating.

OK, I'm a complete transportation geek, but still, for anyone interested in
social justice, this is a really good read. I also linked to one of the
plaintiff's documents that talked about some of the social and economic
justice issues.
