OK, I'm tooting my own horn here a bit, but the article I wrote got more press today on two prominent progressive transportation blogs.
Human Transit<http://www.humantransit.org/2013/06/challenging-highway-projects-due-to-inadequate-transit.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+HumanTransit+%28Human+Transit%29> had a short blurbs and links to the article. Also, NRDC Switchboard<http://switchboard.nrdc.org/blogs/kbenfield/federal_court_says_highway_spo.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+switchboard_kbenfield+%28Switchboard%3A+Kaid+Benfield%27s+Blog%29>had a long article on the lawsuit with a very good analysis of the problems inherent in having multiple agencies and jurisdictions in charge of pieces of the transportation system, but no one taking responsibility for making sure it all works together, or that there are not negative externalities to the various pieces because someone else didn't follow through. They didn't link to our article, but linked to our web page because we have the full judges ruling up, outside the court pay wall. However, the author of the NRDC post is on our newsletter list.
