We recently were riding our bikes in Shorewood Hills when we decided to stop at Panera Bread, 3416 University Avenue. We were disappointed to find that there are no bicycle racks at or near this restaurant. Another bicyclist had locked their bike to a handicapped parking sign. Our only alternative was to lock ours to some of their patio furniture. Doesn't the Village have a requirement for bicycle racks at restaurants?
