Campus Dr is posted at 40 MPH from the Wisconsin Energy Institute to Highland. It is 35 MPH from just west of Highland - same as University Ave all the way to Middleton.
Going east, it drops to 30 MPH at about the WEI before dropping to 25 MPH at the junction of Campus Dr and University Ave/Johnson. Of course, people drive 45 - 55 on Campus Drive, just as they drive 30-40 on University Ave and Johnson through campus (where it is posted at 25 MPH.)
