It's going to be another Budget Bike, owned by Roger Charly. I don't know anything about a relationship, deliberate or accidental, between this incarnation of Motorless Motion and a predecessor Motorless Motion. One thing I note about the move-in is that it, like the move-in of Charly/Budget/Machinery Row, followed the move-out of a Henning/Williamson Bicycle Works. Perhaps just a coincidence.
