Grant: those are old plans. The current plans keep the lane on the left up to Baldwin. At that pont the street goes two way, and the lane moves back to the right. Bicyclists will either have to merge across the travel lanes if there is a gap, or there will be space in the median for them to stop, cross Johnson with Baldwin traffic, then continue on.
