Are the updated plans posted somewhere? The link I sent is for the plans
posted on the city's website:

While allowing for through bike traffic to Fordem and to Third Street and
beyond is essential from this route, a reasonable connection to Tenney Park
would also be very valuable. It'd be great to carry the left side bike lane
through the left turn lane at Baldwin and into the left turn lane at
Marston. From there you can get into Tenney and connect up with Sherman and
the Yahara River path. If the island gets built as drawn, cyclists will
have to continue to merge into the left through-lane for the half of block
or try and cross at Baldwin and ride the sidewalk. Both of those are pretty
tough maneuvers at rush hour.
