It's good to see that Atwood through Olbrich is part of this. This section
needs a change in balance from mv-dominance to supporting bikes and peds.
Cyclovias are a good way to highlight that gap.

The bridge in OB Sherry is gonna be a very bad choke point. It'll be
interesting to see how that works.
