Tony, Will any curb and/or sidewalk be replaced?
I noticed this morning the contractor had demolished holes in the xtng sidewalk
in order to install farm fence on the sidewalk side of the curb in order to
install farm fencing posts (presumably so they can put up fencing to block off
the job site).
Seems likely there was a less disruptive way to do that than demolishing
sidewalk...unless they're going to replace whole squares (which would be fairly
disruptive itself). I'll be happy to email you and/or Jim a photo off-list.
Thanks,

Grant,

The street will be completely closed for reconstruction from curb to curb. The
sidewalks will remain open, so we can either walk bikes on the sidewalk or use
an alternate route around the construction.

Does anyone know if bike access will be maintained during construction? This is
a heavily travelled route by cyclists and Webster -> Washington isn't a great
alternative.
