I know from earlier reporting that the district attorney was waiting on the blood tests of the driver, and suspect that he would have been charged with homicide by intoxicated use if the evidence supported that charge. It's worth noting that the driver picked up a ticket for open intoxicants, while the fatality was being reviewed. Tom Held.
