Got this today with request that it be distributed far and wide. (Flier attached is same as at the link provided.) These are drop-in opportunities, not all-day work sessions. This is a very important process, as it will shape what we build, how we invest our resources, and ultimately how easy it is to get around the city by various modes. Do we want it to be super easy to drive and park? Or is it more important to invest in biking, walking, and transit? What balance should we strike? What does this mean for land use? What are the social justice implications of our decisions? What are the financial and environmental implications? Please pass this on to other friends, lists, and contacts.
