I appreciate that all of the construction activity on the beltline Highway has 
probably changed the ADT on County highway PD, and increased the number of 
frazzled commuters, but the last time I looked at the traffic figures, PD was 
comparable to the crossing at all Odana and Midvale Blvd.   Regardless, the 
construction of a bridge at both locations will enhance the transportation 
aspects of both these major bikeways.
