Or, maybe we could suggest they paint a bunch of junk cars orange and leave 
them in downtown parking spaces instead of hogging bike racks?  I'm sure they'd 
get a lot of publicity that way.  ;)

Is there anything that gives the city the ability to remove these from city 
racks on sight (since they're being used for marketing instead of
