I looked at the map of districts. East of 51 and south of Cottage Grove Road is district 16, represented by Alder Denise DeMarb. East of 51 and north of Cottage Grove Road is district 3, which is about to be represented by Alder Amanda Hall. I don't think the new alders have been sworn in yet.
