Thanks, Mike.

I urge everyone to take this opportunity to stick a pin in all those
problem intersections, needed connections, and other needs. Sometimes there
is a connection, but we need wayfinding. Sometimes it is one intersection
or gap that means whole areas of the city or county are not accessible to
novice or timid bicyclists.

Once you get the hang of the "mark location" feature and learn to be brief,
it's pretty easy. For what it's worth, I found it easier to turn off the
"planned" facilities to be reminded of what is there now. Once in awhile
something has changed and I haven't caught but. It also makes it more
obvious where the gaps are.

I am glad to hear you are coordinating with the Madison in Motion efforts.
I feel like I have brought up the same issues at five or six different
venues, committees, and focus groups. WisDOT is also doing a study of
needed connections and improvements along and across the Beltline. I hope
you are sharing data back and forth with them as well.
