Westbound traffic and westbound Metro Transit service will be maintained during construction. Eastbound traffic will not be allowed. A signed bike detour for both directions of travel will be set up to use the following streets: Blackhawk Avenue to Stevens Street to Shepard Terrace to Franklin Avenue.
