Bicyclists everywhere ought be aware that motor vehicle drivers like this
one can appear anywhere. It's sad that this occurred here near my home town
but I suppose the more cars that there are on the road, the more likely
this kind of tragic injustice to non drivers results. It makes me question
the accuracy of reports on fatalities from car/bicyclist collisions which
are reported only by the motor vehicle drivers involved in the collision.
Unless there are other witnesses, car driver's word is about all
authorities have to go on. :0(
