John - We know about that legislation, and we care. (At least I know and care about it and most of my friends know and care.) But the opposition to legislation by a bunch of Dane County constituents doesn't seem to make much difference to the folks that can actually approve or reject legislation. Hell, even the membership of the Dane County Towns Association are split on it. Some are strongly opposed, while others are elated. And yet, it's probably going to pass over the objections of the people it's supposed to "help."
