I sent Sarah the address of the web site with road grades for Dane County, http://www.arcgis.com/apps/StorytellingTextLegend/index.html?appid=f4a5f5aafdb44d71b1d70517515266ba
I also like Lodi-Springfield Road and happened to have a chupacabra (Spanish for "mangy young coyote") sighting near the junction of L-S and Kurt Road last Sunday. Google "mangy coyote" if you want to see what you're missing. Not sure the exact situation you're working on, but Lodi-Springfield Rd would be my preferred route between Springfield Corners and Lodi. Incredibly beautiful road and much less traffic than CTH P/113.
