Police reported that he (driver) was reading "papers". So purposeful,
inattentive driving. Seems to me to be a slam dunk for prosecution but
we all know that drivers generally get away with murder. Most DA's don't
have the spine to prosecute when the weapon is a vehicle. Use a gun,
knife, etc. and there is no question as to whether to prosecute.
