During this time, West Gilman Street will be closed between University Avenue and State Street. The weather forecast looks favorable and delays are not expected. However, should high winds occur, there is a possibility that the closure will extend into Saturday. During the closure on West Gilman Street, two-way traffic from North Broom Street and from University Avenue to residences and businesses on West Gilman Street will be permitted. Pedestrian traffic will be maintained on West Gilman Street and to all residences and businesses at all times during this street closure. Motorists and bicyclists are encouraged to use alternate routes to avoid delays during this closure.
