Hi,

When (using Outlook XP) I attempt to create a folder at the root
level, I get:

Unable to create the folder. The server responded: 'CREATE failed:
With a Maildir++ depot, you must create all mailboxes under INBOX.
Try creating INBOX/foo.".

This makes sense, as far as I can tell, given the way that Maildir++
folders are structured.

What I'm wondering is if I can create Maildir/.Inbox, and have INBOX
mapped to that, and then I can create other folders in the root, such
as Maildir/.bincimap-list for example.

This is currently how I have my ~/Mail folder organised (as a set of
recursive Maildirs), and it works well in mutt. I'd like to do
something similar for Outlook.

Thanks,
Roger.
