Just wanted to say that I'm the culprit :) Figured I might as well add my own observation to the entry, as it would've saved me several hours of frustration. Yes, I did edit it from HelpItDoesntWork, as that was where I happened to find it. You're right, having both HelpItDoesntWork and Troubleshooter seems quite redundant. It confused me.
