With the procedure in the FAQ (should also be in the Wiki) for testing if
Binc IMAP is set up correctly, after authenticating, try issuing this
command (keep the 1 and 2 at the start):

1 LIST "" "*"

Then do this:

2 LSUB "" "*"

Keep the connection open. Now, recreate the problem in Mozilla, by
creating a folder, then deleting it so it shows up in Trash. Reissue the
two IMAP commands with your seperate connection.

Finally, delete the folder from trash, then reissue the two IMAP commands
on the seperate connection again.

Then please post all the output you get from the terminal as a reply to
this message. This will probably help us nail down the error.

Andy :-)
