I've created a draft and linked it from the front page under the
ProtocolDumping key. It describes creating a protocol dump using
Ethereal. It does need some more work though, so if someone using
windows could have a look at it that would be good.
It probably also needs some more information on how to remove
passwords from the dump before sending it to the mailing list.
The client I used for testing seems to have used a PLAIN login,
and quoted strings. The section on removing passwords should
have examples showing how to remove passwords from dumps using
different logins. A few examples using literals instead of
quoted strings would probably also be useful.
