What steps are needed to use an ssl with bincimap?
Do you have to have a cert on the client?
You don't have a small howto somewhere do you?
It is pretty well described in the documentation shipped with
the binc-package.(as far as I remember, because I can't remember any problems)
I'm using a self-signed cert. the client doesn't need a special cert installed.
You have to tell bincimap (in the config-file) where you have stored you're server-certificate (created with openssl)
and dependent on your installtion you have to write a 2nd checkpassword
