They are most likely in /etc/opt/bincimap/service/imap and .../imaps. The
directories should not be moved, however; they should be symlinked. If
not, you may run into problems mentioned earlier on this list, with svscan
detecting the service itself before the log/ directory.
The guide to using Binc with qmail assumes you ran configure like so:
./configure --prefix=/var/qmail \
--sysconfdir=/var/qmail/control \
--localstatedir=/var/log/qmail
make
Did you do this with 1.2.6final?
