To upload a file, just click 'Upload File' in the top right menu.
To link to you're uploaded file put 'Attach:file.txt' in you're wiki entry.
Only .txt and .gz are allowed for uploads at the moment for security. Let me know if you could really use a different file format.
Anonymous uploads AND overwriting are allowed at the moment. If it gets abused we can restrict uploads to people who will have to request access.
