Could you do us a favour and go to the Trouble Shooter on Life with Binc IMAP (http://lifewithbincimap.org/index.php/Main/TroubleShooter) and follow the procedure there. If don't think that you could have solved the problem just by following that Trouble Shooter, could you please modify the procedure so that it would have solved your problem?
Could also report back the list on how you fared with the Trouble Shooter? We really want the Trouble Shooter to be a great tool that solves all known problems that arise when using Binc IMAP.
