Maybe he could test your wrapper for auth_pop with unpatched binc??
It will take some time before I can test it. I have to upgrade a damn
RH9 (no updates anymore. I now know why I don't like redhat)on my server with
qmail-ldap and binc to debian in place (it is at
a hosting facility)
